BBQ Party Planner
How many people, what's on the menu — and out comes the meat maths, a shopping list and a cook plan that lands everything at the same time.

Ordered so the low-and-slow stuff goes on first and everything lands together. Times assume lids down and no panicking.
How much meat do you actually need?
The planner works on a rule that's served every good UK BBQ well: 350–450g of raw boneless meat per adult across the whole menu, with kids counted as half portions. Serving more than one main? It splits the portion between them (with a little extra for variety — people always try a bit of everything) instead of stacking full portions on top of each other. Bone-in cuts get corrected on the scales too: chicken thighs need about a third more raw weight, ribs nearly double.
The cook plan reuses the same engine as the cook time calculator: it works backwards from your serve time, puts the pulled pork and brisket on first, and slots the burgers in at the end — because the fastest way to ruin a BBQ is realising at 2pm that the shoulder needed to go on at 7am.
Everything you build here stays on your phone (nothing is sent to us), so you can check the shopping list in the supermarket aisle and the timeline next to the grill.
